The defence of digital and electromagnetic sovereignty – TEMPEST technology

DigitalPlatforms S.p.a was proud and happy to support the conference organized by the ICSA Foundation entitled “The defense of digital and electromagnetic sovereignty – TEMPEST technology for the protection of computer systems from electromagnetic interference and interceptions” which was held on Monday 5 December.
The conference had, in particular, the specific goal of increasing knowledge and dissemination of the culture of TEMPEST (Telecommunications Electronics Material Protected from Emanating Spurious Transmissions), a certification standard which identifies the rules, procedures and studies on technical-normative countermeasures and security tools aimed at preventing or reducing the illegal exploitation, through surveillance or interception techniques, of sensitive information and data detectable by intentional emanations of electronic communication devices.

Marco Braccioli, Vice President Defense & Cybersecurity of DigitalPlatforms S.p.a, spoke at the conference explaining the skills of the DP Group in the Tempest field.
