TO SEND TICKETS IN PRIVATE FORM, MAINTAINING AN HIGH LEVEL OF PRIVACY
In order to ensure both company employees and stakeholders the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the Social Responsibility Management System, each interested part can anonymously fill in a ticket, signaling complaints or events in relation to situations considered as abuse, offense or illegality that have occurred in the workplace – or related to it – which are in contrast with the social responsibility principles of the SA 8000 standard and with the company Code of Ethics. This category of tickets will be internally managed by the company SPT (Social Performance Team).
Furthermore, DigitalPlatforms S.p.A. establishes, pursuant to the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System and regulatory standards about whistleblowing, specific procedures about the management of illegal conduct or significant irregularities, with particular reference its Code of Ethics and Organization Management and Control Model ex Legislative Decree 231/2001, and its supplementary measures on the prevention of corruption. Also in this case, each interested part can fill in a ticket in an anonymous form, signaling each possible illegal conduct. This category of tickets will be managed by the company RPC (Responsible for the Prevention of Corruption).
The purpose of these tickets is to identify and combat possible offenses, and spread the culture of ethics and legality within the organization, removing the factors that may represent an obstacle to the achievement of said purpose, guaranteeing, to those who make the ticket, the confidentiality of its identity in all phases of the management of each ticket, and protection against possible retaliation or discriminatory actions implemented by the organization as a result of the ticket itself.
